Remove Mucus And Excess Phlegm Of Chest And Throat

We typically have problems like congested nose and throat, heavy breathing and coughs. This is excess lung phlegm. It is thick and in the mucous membranes of that system, and battles colds or infections. When in chest or throat, we remove it with coughs and excess might be due to flu, bacteria, cold, infections.

Excess phlegm triggers weak point, fever, runny nose, heavy breathing, cough. If not treated, it blocks bronchial tubes and some natural remedies can help.

Honey and lemon 
This relieves and eases. Honey will eliminate fungis and bacteria, lemon has vitamin C for immunity. Mix 1 tbsp honey and 2 spoons juice. Consume 3 times daily.

Ginger
Antihistamine and decongestant, removes bacteria and is expectorant. The root relieves chest and eliminates throat phlegm. Have 4 pieces ginger daily and ginger tea too. Gather 7 ginger pieces, 2 cups water, small spoon honey, small spoon black peppercorn. Boil the water, add the ginger and peppercorns, cover the pan. Minimize heat and simmer 7 minutes, strain and add the honey. Sip 3 cups.

Acv
For removal of germs. Stops phlegm and also makes good pH. Have spoon Acv and water everyday and gargle too.

Turmeric
This has curcuma for bacteria elimination. Have 1 tsp turmeric, 1/2 tsp salt in water. Mix and rinse 4 times daily for the phlegm removal. Also it relieves throat.

Steam
This loosens mucus. Vapors do this and blend 1/2 tsp rosemary, 1/2 tsp thyme, 5 cups water and just include the herbs in water to lean over (it is boiled beforehand) so breathe in 4 times daily.

Likewise to prevent such concerns, blow the nose, avoid cold beverages or foods, no smoking cigarettes. Get humidifier, avoid chemicals, cleaners, fumes. Spit phlegm out and gargle with warm water. Likewise eat pepper and garlic too.
